We will have new challenges every week , that you need to do 3-5 times a week.  Make it your own challenge . Do it as much as you can , but try doing the whole routine at least twice in a week. Rule & Regulations   1. You need to do the challenge atleast 3-5 times a week  2. You have to eat healthy and nutritional food with portion control when you are doing this challenge, otherwise you won\'t see any desired results   3.
